Refund policy

We want you to love every CEDRI piece. If something isn't quite right, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

ELIGIBILITY

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached. Accessories included with a piece (such as belts or necklaces) must be returned with it. Final sale items cannot be returned.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Email us with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange. We'll reply with instructions.

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
